I'm sure they're going to blame the weather. It gets cold, it gets windy, it gets rainy, and broadband goes to shit. It doesn't matter if it's DSL or Cable; it doesn't matter who the provider is. They all blame the weather, they all insist that they can't do anything about it.
Well, news flash, kids: if you're going to tell me that I'm gonna have degraded service for THREE MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR, then, by jiminey, you're gonna get equally-degraded PAYMENT for those three months.
