My favorite comment on the article:

This is not a virus...
You have to enter your password to install it. This is not a failure in Mac OS X. Only a very bad operating system would NOT have a security hole like this, because a good operating system should allow the user to install programs that do just about anything. This is just a program that the user has to install and enter an admin password to install. It is an A-1 example of a PEBKAC error.

You can be as secure as you want, but you can't secure against user stupidity. :)

Man, if it's that dependent on user idiocy, it's A) not my problem and B) custom made to mess with Mac users. XD
